In an animation I have a bacground that is 720 by 480. For part of it I have a peice of stockfootage of flames. To make the flames fit into the bacground, I have to stretch the size of it. the tire did not go flat. the 2 front tires are less than 1 month old. he says he was going about 40 mph when a car suddenly pulled out in front of him and he had to brake really hard, skidding a little. it just sounds crazy to me that the 1 tire on the front would show wires from this. he says he did not hit anything, not even the curb. the 2 front tires, again, are brand new. if one is showing wires from this braking incident, why are they both not? just makes no sense. we think something else probably happened and he doesn't want to tell. what do you yahooers think?

Im having some chest pains?

I'm a 16 year old girl and last year i started to have some chest pains. Sometimes when i would breathe in it would hurt right in the middle and id have to stop for a little bit but it would go away quickly. I went to my doctor and he thought it might be bronchitis so he tested me and it wasn't. He didnt do any other tests and after a while it didn't hurt. A few months ago it started again but only once in a while so i didnt say anything. For the past week its been more recent. I got a arboricola bush about a month ago, it's still small in a 5-6'' pot but all of a sudden it has just started to wilt, drop, lose its sheen, and the leaves are getting softer. Dying fish...help!?

We have a 10 gallon tank with 4 tiger barbs, 2 tetras, and a sucker fish. We woke up this morning and 1 tiger barb and 1 tetra have completely disappeared. Eaten? 2 tiger barbs and the other tetra are dead. The other tiger barb is dying. The sucker fish seems okay, but its hard to tell. Yesterday, they seemed ill, so we changed the water and tested the water (it tested okay, but we only have the strip testers which I found out a couple of days ago don't do a very good job). The temperature is right at 75 degrees. we can't figure out what's wrong but we took the two remaining fish out of the tank to try to save them. We REALLY want to save the sucker fish, if at all possible because we've grown attached to him (His name is Gary). Thanks for the help!

Can (how do) you make basil essence from stems?

I work in a greenhouse harvesting produce for local restaurants and produce shops. Me and my boss pick basil every Thursday afternoon for selling on Friday mornings, but instead of selling whole stemmed basil (leaves, flowers, stems all in one), we clip all the good leaves off and sell 'em just the basil leaves by the pound. So what we're left with is lots (I mean lots) of stems and flowers and bad leaves. I was wondering if there was a way to take just the stems ('cuz they've still got some basil oil in it) and press in some sort of process to extract the oils/essences from it? My boss would prefer if we didn't use a carrier oil, but I'm not sure if it's possible to do without a carrier oil. He was thinkin' more of a pressing, then filtering and refining of said pressing. The reason for this is because lots of restaurants have expressed interest in basil essence without an oil that might add an unwanted taste (to be as neutral as possible, straight up basil). Worst case scenario, would safflower oil be a neutral enough carrier oil if one is required?

Over the next couple of weeks we would text and hang out/ fool around but never hang out during the day. I have developed some feelings for this guy, nothing serious whatsoever- I just would like to see him more during the day. I don't think he's just using me since we're not having and every time I see him, he approaches me. He says we're friends but I feel like maybe he's shy? It's just the littlest things that get Me confused, he asks me to scratch/ rub his back and he tends to hold my hand/ get a little aggressive with the pda (no kissing, more so him pulling me towards him as well as hugging me/ putting his arms around me). Get a better diet. I had the problem when I was barely under weight(by 5-7lbs). Talk to your doctor about possible ways to gain weight ASAP. it's really unhealthy and can lead to way more problems than just period issues.

I need help with puppy house training?

i have a 10 week old cross breed ***** who we got from 6 weeks old.For the first 2/3 weeks she did really well going to the toilet when we put her out but now she keeps going to the toilet in the house and wont go outside. Lower leg pain from kickboxing?

It creeps me out to see parents who take their child to see Santa Claus. Even though the baby or child is having a nervous breakdown, the parents continue to force the issue on their kid. Wife of Alcoholic needs help!?

When I first met my husband he would have a social drink about once a week. He wouldn't get wasted but he would drink about 6 beers. About two years after being together I noticed he started to have a few beers every night. I didn't think to much about this because he was at a new job and the guys he worked with all drank a couple beers at the end of the day. He then started to buy a 6 pack of 16oz (equal to 8 normal beers) every night. I started to get concerned. He said that he would get stressed at work and this helped him relax. Not to mention his best friend also drank the same amount. Now 6 years later, he can not go a day without beer. He drinks about 16 a night. He has tried to quite and it last about a week and he goes back. I have noticed a big change in our relationship too. He is more distant and he will not do anything or go anywhere where beer is not served. When anyone tries to talk to him he is rude, interrupts, and will not let them get a word in. This is in simple every day conversation. When he gets home from work he is usually easy to get along with and easy to talk to. About an hour later (after about 5 beers) is when i start to notice him get more irritable and not talking.Usually by the end of the night you can not even have a real conversation with him. The week that he does not drink (when is tries to quit) he is a lot more pleasant to be around and seems to notice I am in the house. We had a discussion about children the other night and it went terrible. He said that he does not want children and that I was selfish for wanting to help over populate the world. I want to blame this on the alcohol but do not know what is him or the beer talking anymore. Several people have told me how different he is now. You do not see him without a beer in his hand unless he is at work. He claims his behavior does not change because of the alcohol that he just gets tired. He comes from a family of alcoholics so it seems to be hereditary. I just don't know what to do. I am lost. This is not the man i married. he used to be so sweet and caring. Now he is controlling and short with me. I have always been supportive of him and do anything I can to please him. There is many times when he is drunk he likes to tell me how bad of job i do and that i need to get better about cleaning the house or something stupid and will sit on his while he tells me to vacuum now! I want to have a family someday but with his drinking i do not think it is the right time. How do I help him? How do i help myself? What do i do? Well my situation is this. I was racing a train on my motorcycle, and I beat it to the crossing all while not going over the speed limit. I started to skid a bit after putting on my breaks. One of the employees that saw me go across and reported it to the local police. To make a long story short the officer pulled me over shortly later and the matter is closed. How Do You Darkslide On A Skateboard?

When I go to the skatepark with my mates one of them (Billy) can do this really cool move caleld a Darkslide. I've tried to copy him over and over but I can't do it. It involves Kickflipping onto a grindin, slipping the board upside down and grinding with the board tape facing down if that makes sense. Now most of my other mates BMX, Rollerblade or Scooter. Only me Billy and Ollie skateboard. According to Ollie there's a certain way of doing the Kickflip onto the grinding thingy which isn't like a normal Kickflip. The main character had his "eyes opened" by the resistance movement (I think). Honestly, I can't tell the difference. Both versions sound great, but how could they not? They're almost identical to each other. The voices may have a slight difference but other than that, they sound the same. The Script are an amazing band and Kris Allen has a great voice. Damaged a section of my hair in Italy with my straightener - advice?

While I was Italy, I forgot to bring heat protectant for when I straightened my hair. I have naturally wavy hair and ended up using my chi straightener on way too high a setting a few times towards the end of the trip. When I got back and took a shower, I noticed that a part of the lower portion of my hair on my left side stayed straight while the rest was wavy. I realized I burnt my hair and damaged it and don't know what to do. I immediately cut off a little bit of my hair to get rid of some split ends that started appearing and there don't seem to be as many of them now after I started using some fortifying shampoo and deep conditioner. Does anyone have any advice for getting this portion of my hair back to its wavy self? Thanks!

I tore out the drywall to install backer board for a faux brink finish. When I took out the drywall I was sureprised to not find any insation between the outer brick wall and the drywall. The home's natural gas does run between that space. Is there any reason why there is no insulation between the eterior brick wall and the old dry wall? Also. My son pees so much at night that even when I have him wear two depends he still wakes up drenched. Any ideas?

My son is on medications for his disabilities that make him pee the bed at night. He is six years ol weighing ninety pounds. He has been doing this for about two years now, but as he is getting bigger so is the volume of his urine. I have tried Goodnights and Underjams. Neither of them work for him. I have tried different brands of adult disposable underwear also like Depends and Attends. I have him wear two at night and he still pees through them waking up drenched and so is the bed. I have to wash his blanket, quilt, and sheets daily. I am wondering if anyone has any other ideas I can use to help him stay drier at night, or atleast something to absorb the pee. But no one talks about how hard it is to raise a child alone, the heartache a child goes through missing their father, how many children don't eat because the mother can't provide. Not to mention how many women are in homeless shelters with their children because they can't pay for childcare and rent. Everyone says give it up for adoption. Do you know how many children are abused, molested, and become part of the criminal system due to adoption and bad foster parents. So why is abortion so bad. Yes the woman should have taken the proper precautions but women get pregnant everyday on birth control, after the Plan B pill and even with protection. I never had to make this decision but need help understanding why majority of people believe abortion is wrong? I am not for abortion but need other solutions for women who want to do right but not end up in poverty just to have a child.

Unfortunately if someone did that then the story wouldn't be 100% your story anymore. It also defeats the purpose of writing if someone else does it when the going gets tough because then everytime you reached a spot where you were blocked you would ask someone to fill in the gap so to speak. To be a writer, you need to step back from the problem until you can fill in what comes next yourself.

I was watching the Patriots @ Broncos last week, and both teams had different uniforms than 2008. The Pats have a different helmet and number style, and the Broncos, I gotta say, look ridiculous.
