Scorpio woman and Aquarius man?? Confused!?

met this Aquarius guy at a show, I saw him during and made a joke about something he said (we had never met but he was cute so I decided to joke around a bit) he laughed and then I walked away to the bar. Throughout the night I would look over to him and every so often he'd look my way and we'd catch glimpses of each other. At the end of the night I was standing alone, waiting for my friends to finish their drinks and he approached me. We started talking and laughing for a bit and out of nowhere he gave me his number. I called him at the end of the night to say hi and that was it. A week later I saw him at another show and we danced/ hung out a but more during. Later that night I went to his house and we ate and watched TV, that was it. I slept over and left the next morning. We continued to hang out and then we started to fool around. As odd as it is, he doesn't want to have . We pretty much do everything else but the actual deed itself. Over the next couple of weeks we would text and hang out/ fool around but never hang out during the day. I have developed some feelings for this guy, nothing serious whatsoever- I just would like to see him more during the day. I don't think he's just using me since we're not having and every time I see him, he approaches me. He says we're friends but I feel like maybe he's shy? It's just the littlest things that get Me confused, he asks me to scratch/ rub his back and he tends to hold my hand/ get a little aggressive with the pda (no kissing, more so him pulling me towards him as well as hugging me/ putting his arms around me). Is there a possibility of us being more than just friends?
