Can I Safely Use Spyware Blaster with Avast Antivirus ?

Before that,I had Spybot,but it slowed my PC down horribly.Now,I have Comodo Firewall(With Defense+),Avast Antivirus(with only Standard Shield),ccleaner and Firefox(with WOT,NoScript,AdBlock Plus).Today,I downloaded Spyware Blaster.Is it good and will it slow down my PC?Will it conflict with any of my softwares ?
