Teen need help please question?

okay so heres the thing i used to alot!! but currently stoped completly when god came into my life.(amen :) ) and i had like last year... did make a big mistake in using a toy the "fake " i cleaned it with soap turned it inside out and cleaned it with soap this is like about 2-3 months ago. soo lately ive been getting a slight pain in my "" and i was wondering if it was due to non since i used to alot... and in the opening of the urethra the "lips" thers like little dark line like a bruise or something on the wall of both lips i mean ive seen pictures of , hpv, all that and its not warts its not a pimple or anything. it doesnt hurt when i urinate no discharge. no nothing.. please helpp is this an std?
