What would be a good title for this essay?

Hey everyone! I'm writing an essay about 'Hugo Chavez', the president of Venezuela (South America), he's been in charge for 11 years and he says he's socialist, however he's increased poverty and Venezuela is really unsafe now. Plus he has attacked and taken properties from rich people in there but he's benefited a lot the military, by increasing their salary in 40% and they're the new rich people in there. So that's quite contradictory. I don't know what would be an interesting and appropriate title for my essay. Thank you!
