How can I do my eyeliner like this?

first put on watever eyeshadow u want.. then put on some black liner an the bottom and top lids and smudge it with your finger, but dont make it too messy. then put on another layer of liner but more thin and dont smudge the 2nd one. then put on lots of mascara moving the brush back and forth horizontally. (dont put liner on the entire line of your eyes, meaning dont go towaards the nose too much.)
