Does he like me? (10 points) (: thank you?

Well, I met this guy and we get along very well. We're very close, but it's long distance. Now please, no input about the distance, that I don't want your opinion on because it's not my question. Well, We webcam a ton, and I can always make him smile, and likewise him to me. We relate very well, and we're very alike. He says I could be one of his best friends. Well, he said he always wanted a pen pal, so I sent him some of my favorite candy, and ramen (they don't sell ramen in the UK!!!!) and I sent him a bandana. When he got it, he said he liked the scent and it gave him luck and that he took it everywhere, and that the ramen was yummy. xD Well, he went to send something back to me, and he accidentally messed up on the adress so we called it failmail, he said he'd make it up to me by sending me a jacket of his that he knows I adored. He is now sending me a chocolate bar, a shirt of his, and the sweatshirt. Do you think he likes me? Please help(:
