EMERGENCY!!! Any good cleaning tips for a newly wed?

i'm facing huge piles of clothes and mess and trash in my house we left for the weekend and our dog made a big mess including a special surprise ( pee and poo***ewww***) and now i'm stuck trying to clean the whole house bymyself, i'm not too good with cleaning and washing clothes, and dishes yet since i'm a newly wed. so does anyone have good cleaning tips for laudry, washing dishes, and cleaning a big mess all over the house you can't walk in my house right now, its that bad :( ?
