I am opening a tattoo shop and want to know if I should form a corporation or llc?

I am concerned with signing a lease on the business. Basically if it fails, I want to know how to not be liable for the remainder of the lease or any debts owed by the company. I would also like to limit the amount of taxes and heard Wyoming was a good state to form an llc or corporation in. It would be just my husband and myself running/owning the company and would have independent contractors as we become busier and need extra help. Thanks for the info.
