Am I the only one who thinks the state is wrong in the "compound" case?

First Id like to say the word compound is a synonym for "church" when you want to sell your agenda to the public. Second, how can the state go after a whole church? Is there a law on the books about a church having wierd beliefs being illegal? Shouldnt they just prosecute the individual if there is a case? Why did they take all the kids away if only one or a few were abused? Why didnt someone shut down catholic churches for molesting little boys? No I am not a mormon, no I dont agree with them but I get sick seeing the public accept whatever the state does walking on the rights of individuals to have freedom of religion.
