Hi, all good indian, what u think to minority people, should each state divided into two parts hindu and musli?

what u think minority poeple should get justic by giving resrvation lke sc and st or they have to suffer till they will not come with violance like withiout blood nothin is achievable. please suggest... please read sachar report and tell what it is.
