Why aren't women allowed to "score" or "get laid"?

I just hate that guys are allowed to be as promiscuous as they want while we have to be virginal. I've asked this before but I'd really like someone to give me a good answer. People tell me that the idea of women to "score" doesn't make sense, but I ask why not?
