Swimwear in winter????????hmmmm.....?

Does anybody know any good stores in Rochester, New York that would fit a very skinny and tall pre-teen girl? I'm going away for a month to the U.S. Virgin Islands then Mexico with 5 of my other friends. Thnxx..... ;))
