I need help with puppy house training?

i have a 10 week old cross breed ***** who we got from 6 weeks old.For the first 2/3 weeks she did really well going to the toilet when we put her out but now she keeps going to the toilet in the house and wont go outside. We put her out first thing in a moring and last thing at night, after sleeping and after playing and meals but she just tries to run back in and goes in the house. I clean it up with odour and stain remover and even spray fab fresh after to get rid of the smell but i carnt stop her. I watch her but she doent sniff whn she goes and just squats and i have tried making a noise to stop her but nothing seems to work. Please help have you any ideas.
